This is a new adjustable spindle stop for South Bend Lathes. It fits all lathes with the Special South Bend #3 Morse Spindle Taper (i.e. 1 5/8" at the large end) 10" 13" 14.5" 16" etc. It is precision ground to Proprietary Taper. This locates behing your 3 jaw, 4 jaw, collet chuck, etc. These are ideal for pieces that have to be cut on, and then rechucked for grooving, boring, threading, cut off, and so on.
